The 2-day hands-on workshop will cover all the aspects of sidescan, sub bottom and multibeam hydrographic surveying, processing and reports using the CHESAPEAKE’s Sonarwiz® 8.5. Delivered by Harold Orlinsky, Senior Advisor of Chesapeake Technology, Inc., the class will cover both theory and practical. The session will be conducted in English and held in Swissbelinn Simatupang, South Jakarta.
All participants will have access to a Sonarwiz® license, as the hands-on practical is an important aspect to the class. You will work with a variety of datasets and be guided through the process of using the software’s tools to achieve optimal results. We will also have time to look at client’s data, and feel free to bring some that you might have issues with, or just wish to enhance them further.
This event is a low-cost opportunity for users to learn about the dos and don’ts of a successful survey and a great opportunity to meet and network with other industry players.
Experience with Sonarwiz will provide you with ease of understanding and catch-up with latest feature, but it is not mandatory requirement to enroll.

Workshop will be held in 2 (two) days, from 9.00 – 16.00, including breaks.

Additional Information
- For hands-on practical, participants will need to provide their own PCs/laptop whom specifications comply with the system requirements.
