Technical Support Engineer
Reporting to: Technical Support Manager
Essential Functions :

- Providing aftersales technical assistance and user training;
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution;
- Maintaining existing relationships with customers.

- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues;
- Delivering user training as required by customer and company;
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs & offering after-sales support services;
- Responding to customer complaints and overcome their need as soon as possible with a good standard ethic of communication and updating the progress;
- Establish rapport and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers;
- Analyze the updated land and marine survey technologies, relevant resources needed for improvements, maintenance and repair
